Working on You

So, it's been a while; I know. But tonight I felt inspiredJ. Recently my ex-boyfriend and I split and more recently, we've decided to just stay friends. I'm trying to stop thinking about us, about him, about everything but it's hard. After almost 5 years with the same person (on and off), it's tough to let that all go, especially when you still love them but know it's for the best. So, what is my survival strategy?

I will leave you with a few words …
